    Currently, we only deliver in Qatar.

  • WHAT IS PAYPAL?

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    Kindly note that we don’t do refunds but what we can do is return and replace the item in the cases in which the parcel was damaged. That includes any leakage, breakages and any sign that the parcel was tampered with. Please send an email to info@myriadbeauty.com with photos showing how the parcel is damaged including all details as soon as poss-ible as we want our orders to reach you in perfect condition. Please leave the package retained as it is until we resolve the issue.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

    If any package was delivered damaged, please send an email to info@myriadbeauty.com with photos showing how the parcel is damaged including details of any leakage as soon as possible as we want our orders to reach you in perfect condition. Please leave the package retained as it is until we resolve the issue.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE OR IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

    In the case there was an item missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please do not hesitate in contact-ing our customer care team ASAP. Please attach any photos of what you received so we can resolve this issue. For the missing items, we will have to check with the warehouse so we can arrange another delivery as soon as we can.

  • CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK IF I HAD A REACTION TO IT?

    Please stop using the product if you suffered a reaction from it immediately and contact our Customer Care Team. Please note that we do not hold responsibility for such cases and may refer you to the main manufacturer to directly deal with them. However, we will try our best to resolve any issue you have as we possibly can.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ITEM WILL BE RESTOCKED?

    If a product is out of stock, register your e-mail in the ‘Notify Me When Available’ to get a notification e-mail once the product is back in stock. Also you’re welcome to visit us again and check yourself.
